Salt Lake Wilford Stake Float Building
We had a wonderful event this week with the Salt Lake Wilford Stake and their Activity Day girls! They are building a float for the Children's Parade (July 23rd), and we were lucky enough to come and help them. Their theme is Love at Home, looking at current homes and also Pioneer homes. The leaders were wonderful and very well organized. Each of the girls got to help paint glue onto hearts, wagon wheels, and letters before loading them up with lots of GLITTER! These wood decorations will then be placed all over their float.
We are so grateful to one of our advisors, Cathy Ehlert, for joining us at the event. She is a fantastic lady and we are grateful for all she does to help us!!
This is one of the many things that the girls made sparkle at the activity. This wagon wheel will go on the float to represent the Pioneers and their love at home.
Thank you for letting us be a part of your Activity Day! We are excited to see you all at the Children's Parade and Float Preview Party.
